Sunday Night Fellowship (off campus)

Hi Everyone, on Sunday, May 25th from 6-8 pm, we will have our next Young Professionals fellowship night at the home of Bob and Nanci Jones, 8980 W Tonopah Dr, Peoria, 85382.  Over the last two months, we have studied how God, through the Holy Spirit, empowers his people to serve him with spiritual gifts.  This month, we will learn more about how God commands each of us to put those gifts to use in the context of his body, the Church.  Today's culture looks at all productive activity, including service to others, as a means to ultimately build up self.  The Bible teaches instead that our motivation for serving others should instead be obedience to and love for the Lord (Col. 3:23-24).  Josh Williams will lead us in discussion of what this looks like in the context of the local Church, and how we can practically look for ways to exercise the gifts God has given us in service.  

Join us as we seek to understand how the Lord wants us to use the gifts he has given us to serve him, and one another.
